Jacomini family Jacomini family, ages 42/38/8/5 at the time of his disappearance, was last seen on August 15, 2008 around 8:30 a.m. leaving Steam Boat Springs, Colorado in a Cessna 182 with the tail number of N487TC and headed to Brenham, Texas and has not been seen or heard from since.

Funeral services are set for the Jacomini family who were from Houston and died in a plane crash over the past weekend. Service for the family are scheduled for Friday, August 22nd at 10:00am at St. Anne Catholic Church. The church is located in the 2100 block of Westheimer near Shepherd.

The Jacomini family has also been found, no survivors. Our hearts and prayers go out to the entire family.

Preston Bret Preston Bret, age 27 at the time of his disappearance, was last seen on August 12, 2008 around 2:00 p.m. at home in Kent, Ohio. Brett was upset and was outside of his home in the yard. When his room mate went out to talk to him, Brett was gone. He was last seen wearing plaid shorts, red t-shirt and gel sandals. He takes medication and has been without since his disappearance.

Family of Brett Preston called around 3am this morning and thanked our organization for their determination and stamina in searching for Brett. Our efforts were non stop and unfortunately his body was found by our team. Funeral services will be posted as soon as we are informed. Our prayers and thoughts are with Brett’s family during this difficult time.

We are sad to report dreadful news to you today. Walfredo “Wally” Hererra, a member of Texas Equusearch, lost his life in a tragic incident last Thursday. Many of you know Luis Hererra, also a very dedicated member of TES. Wally was Luis’ older brother. We are saddened by this loss and hope to help this family in any way we can. PasadenaKids June 22, 2008 - Circling the sky and flying off into the heavens in celebration of their new beginnings, two snow white doves were released for Randy and Denim Sylvester. Hundreds of mourners came to pay their respects at an amazing memorial site where the childrens bodies were found. May they rest in peace.

Martin ByerlyMartin Byerly, age 58, was last seen on Friday, September 28, 2007 at Jake’s Place near Hwy 96 in Jasper, Texas and has not been seen or heard from since. It is not known what Martin was last seen wearing. His white 1990 Chevrolet pickup truck was located Saturday morning, the 29th, at the Payless Shoe store located on U.S. 190 in Jasper. Foul play is suspected.

10/11/2007 - TES is planning to travel to Jasper on Friday, October 12 to meet with officials to organize a search for Martin who has been missing for over two weeks now.

June 7, 2008 – From KJAS.com .. Jasper Police have arrested a suspect and located a body in the case of Martin Lynn Byerly, a local mechanic who had been missing since late September of last year. The move by police came shortly before 3:00 pm on Sunday at a home located behind a lawn mower repair shop at 300 Springhill Street. The arrest of the suspect, who is believed to have killed Byerly in a robbery, came after detective Mike Poindexter received a warrant charging the man with murder.

PasadenaKids Randy and Denim Sylvester, ages 3 and 7, disappeared from an apartment complex at 4025 Burke Rd in Pasadena, Texas around 9:15 p.m. on Sunday, June 15, 2008 and have not been seen or heard from since. The three yr old girl was last seen wearing a pink v-neck tee with brown trim, pink shorts, pink flip flops, and braided hair with a pink pony tail holder. The seven yr old boy was last seen wearing a blue and orange Florida Gator shirt, blue denim shorts with black and white tennis shoes.

June 16, 2008 – TES awaits the call from law enforcement to request our assistance. We have many members and volunteers ready to assist and may possibly get that call on Tuesday morning. Please watch the website or await the call out.

June 18, 2008 - Over 100 volunteers have arrived to donate their time and heartfelt concern to assist in the search for these missing children. TES brings a drone aircraft to the area to scour hundreds of acres, many horses and atv's and ground searchers cover block after block in hopes of finding clues, answers, or... the children. We will resume searching in the morning. Please continue to pray for these children.

Tim Miller is building two crosses, one blue and one pink to erect at the site where their remains were found. We will also release two doves at approximately 6:30 p.m. Quannell X will accompany the family to the prayer vigil.

Nicholas GarzaNicholas Garza, age 19, was last seen on Tuesday, February 5, 2008 leaving Stewart Hall at 11:05 p.m. on the Middlebury College Campus in Middlebury, Vermont and has not been seen or heard from since. Christopher JohnsonIraq war veteran, Christopher Johnson, age 24, was last seen boating on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 around 6:00 a.m. on the Susquehanna River in York, Pennsylvania and has not been seen or heard from since. Christopher was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with WTI in white letters in the left corner, jeans or shorts, possibly a hooded sweatshirt, and sneakers with green and yellow neon stripes. Christopher is missing his right arm, has a tattoo of an “eight ball” on his right shoulder, and a black tattoo “POW” on his calf of his right leg. It is believed that Chris has fallen overboard and is a drowning victim.

4/23/2008 – Searchers have combed the shore line for six days now with no sign of Anthony, his boat, or any of his belongings. We will continue to pray for this family as we continue to search for answers.

4/28/2008 – Authorities have confirmed that the body found in Calhoun County near Port Lavaca is, in fact, Anthony. May he rest in peace. Please continue to pray for Anthony’s widow and young son. He was riding a blue and white GSX R6, 600cc, sport bike.

January 24, 2008 - Another search is conducted following leads received by the Beaumont Police Department, but still no answers. TES will resume searching for the remains of Timothy Richard in the upcoming week. Please keep Timothy’s mom, family, and friends in your prayers.

Sunday, January 27, 2008 - While TES searched areas mapped out by Beaumont Police Dept, areas believed to be where Timothy's remains were located, human remains were found. Police are working to confirm the identity.

Monday, January 28, 2008 – Authorities confirm these remains are of Timothy Richards. May his family find peace in having him home for a proper burial. Thank you to all of our members and volunteers that made six trips to Beaumont to help this family.

Funeral arrangements have been made and the services will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at the Heritage Funeral Home in Nederland, Texas.

Brianna DenisonBrianna Denison, age 19, disappeared on Sunday, January 20, 2008 around 4:00 AM from a home in the 1300 block of MacKay Court in Reno, Nevada and has not been seen or heard from since. She was last seen wearing pink or light blue sweat pants and a white sleeveless t-shirt.

February 18, 2008 - An autopsy report confirmed that a body found in a field near a Reno business park was that of Brianna Denison. Please continue to pray for Brianna’s family and friends during this difficult time.

Stephan DoyleStephan George Doyle , age 47, was last seen on November 29, 2007 around midnight at Industrial Blvd and Arf Ave in Hayward, California and has not been seen or heard from since. Stephan was last seen wearing blue levi’s and a white shirt.

Daniel StonionisDaniel Stonionis, age 45, disappeared while fishing off the edge of the Gulf Stream 3 miles from Key Largo, Florida and has not been seen or heard from since. Daniel was last seen wearing blue jeans and a sweatshirt. His boat was found idling at 4 kts with no one on board.

January 29, 2008 – In Miami, a body discovered floating at Elliott Key has been identified as that of a boater missing since Saturday. Please keep Daniel’s family in your prayers during this difficult time.

Thor is diabetic and in need of his medication.

Baby Grace -Riley Ann Sawyers 11/29/2007 - One month after little Baby Grace’s body was found, we were able to keep our promise and return to the island to replace the name plaque bearing her name Riley Ann Sawyers. January 14, 2008 - Baby Grace is home. A generous offer was made by a private individual to transport the remains of Riley Ann Sawyers home to Ohio and she is now safely there. TES accompanied her remains on a private jet in a most dignified and honorable fashion. A small casket containing an urn holding her ashes was placed on the jet, secured, and covered with a blanket especially made for her with her name monogrammed in a lavender color. We are most gracious to this gentleman for his offer and were honored to be a part of this most special and important trip. Please continue to pray for this entire family and they continue to journey down this long road of healing.

Benjamin was last seen wearing rust colored Carhartt jeans, purple shirt, long sleeved dk gray fleece and a white cap.

11/13/2007 - We are sad to report that the body of Benjamin has been found. Tim Miller and other volunteers, after two and a half hours, found his remains approximately 3/4 of a mile from where his vehicle was found. Brandi LaurentBrandi Laurent, age 29, was last seen on Friday, August 3, 2007 around midnight walking on Fenton-Dedeaux Road in Kiln, Mississippi and has not been seen or heard from since. Brandi was last seen wearing a green tank top with khaki shorts and black flip flops. Brandi has tattoos on both calves, fairy on lower back, and BAILEE below her neck with Oriental writing underneath.

SANTA FE - Walter Eugene “Bubba” Benskin, III passed from this life Wednesday, October 25, 2006, in Ripple Creek Pass near Meeker, Colorado doing one of the things he loved best, hunting. A resident of Santa Fe for the past 31 years, Walter was born January 18, 1953 at Connally Air Force Base in Waco, Texas and graduated from La Marque High School in 1972. He was a rig welder and had worked for Veolia Water for the past three years. In addition to hunting, Walter loved dancing to country and western music, camping, fishing, riding his motorcycle, and floating down the Frio River. He was a true nature lover and outdoorsman, but more than anything else, he loved his wife and children. There will be a graveside burial service for Walter on Friday, Aug 17th at 4:30 p.m. at Hayes Grace memorial on Hwy 6. If you wish to ride your bike, you can meet at Gilly’s on Hwy 6 by 4:00 p.m.

TES had previously searched a 265 mile stretch of Hwy 281 believed to be the route Carolyn had traveled the day she went missing. 7/9/2007 The four-day search for 6-year-old Cesar Aparicio ended Friday when his body was found on a beach about 15 miles from where he washed into the Gulf of Mexico, said Freeport Police Chief Jeff Pynes. A volunteer searcher in a private plane spotted the body on a remote stretch of uninhabited beach, Pynes said late Friday. The boy's body was taken to the Galveston County Medical Examination's office. Funeral arrangements are being made and will be provided as soon as we have them. Walter BenskinWalter Benskin, age 53, of Santa Fe, Texas, was last seen near Ripple Creek Pass, Colorado on Wednesday, October 25, 2006, at approx 6:30am. Benskin was hunting with his son-in-law when they separated and the son-in-law went back to their camp for a jacket. Later that day, a snowstorm dropped about 2 feet of snow in the area. 6/29/2007 Our search is going well for missing Walter Benskin. Several tracking dogs are following the same trail and hitting on the same locations giving us hope that we are getting closer to finding him. 7/16/2007 Family members and friends found what they believe to be the remains of Walter Benskin. His clothes were placed nearby and it appears that he may have gone to sleep and never woke up. TES wishes to extend our deepest sympathy to his loving wife, Cheryl, and his entire family and huge circle of friends. This family has demonstrated an enormous amount of love and determination to finding their lost loved one. Along with exemplifying those virtues, they held together strong and continued to come to the help of others. We hope and pray that they may now receive the peace and closure they so deserve. 6/22/2007 – After meeting with law enforcement, Tim Miller launched a massive search effort in attempts to locate Jessie Davis. 6/5/2007 - Texas EquuSearch has been contacted by the search director and the local law enforcement agencies to assist in locating Kelsey Smith in Overland Park, Kansas. We have a search team headed to Kansas now. We will be using ground searchers, atv’s, and sonar equipment. Law enforcement has previously called upon TES to assist in other missing persons cases in their area. When asked to assist in the search for Jodi Sanderholm in Arkansas City, Kansas, TES located her vehicle in the Cowley Lake within 30 seconds using our sonar equipment. We were also called in to assist in the search for Rachel Dennis out of Coffeyville, Kansas, and were there when her body was found. May 22, 2007 A body has been reportedly found around Virginia Point at approximately 6 miles southwest of the Texas City Dike matching the description of 6 year old Jose. Although a positive identification has not been made pending xrays and dental records, according to law enforcement officials, it is believed to be fairly certain these are his remains. Our hearts go out to this dear family during this difficult time. Please continue to pray for them.

Funeral Arrangements have been made – visitation is today, Thursday, from 1 pm to 9 pm at the Santana Funeral Home at 401 S Sgt. Hilario Cano, age 85, was last seen on Sunday, May 20, 2007 around 3:00 p.m. in the 600 block of No. Missouri in Mercedes, Texas and has not been seen or heard from since. Hilario was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white t-shirt and a white straw hat. Hilario suffers from the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease.

Tynesha StewartTynesha Stewart, age 19, a college student, was last seen leaving the apartments on Red Oak heading towards FM 1960 on Thursday, March 15, 2007 in Houston, Texas and has not been seen or heard from since. Tynesha was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.

Luis Campos Linoshka TorresLuis Campos, age 20, and Linoshka Torres, age 18, were last seen around Edgefield and Perryton in Dallas, Texas on Saturday, January 6, 2007 at approx. 4:30 p.m. They were in route to pick up a car at a mechanic’s shop and have not been seen or heard from since. Luis was wearing a grey shirt, blue jeans and black dress shoes and Linoshka was wearing an orange sweater, blue jeans and black Puma shoes. Linoshka is 5-1/2 months pregnant and needs medication.

Kaitlin AydellKaitlin Maria Aydell, age 13, was last seen getting off her school bus at 3:00 p.m. in front of her home on Aydell Lane in French Settlement, Louisiana, on Thursday, February 1, 2007 and has not been seen or heard from since. The help and persistence from all law enforcement agencies, working together, is what makes these discoveries possible. Deidre HarmDeidre Harm, 21 years old, was last seen talking to an unidentified man at the Finish Line tavern located in the 100 block of 1 st Street North in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. The two left and went to another club located in the 100 block of 2 nd Street North, where they were seen talking with another couple at approx 12:30am. The identity of those three people is unknown. Deidre was last seen wearing a black knit top with a square neckline and cap sleeves, sandals, and carrying a turquoise purse. She has not been seen or heard from since.

11/26/2006 - Relatives and friends of Deidre Harm received the news this week they had dreaded most.
Remains found by hunters in the town of Seneca have been identified as those of Deidre Harm, Wood County Sheriff Thomas Reichert said Friday. Harm, who would have celebrated her 22nd birthday Nov. 16, had been missing since June 10.

The search is over for the body of missing Lubbock teen, Joanna Rogers. Around 11:55 AM Tuesday, October 24, 2006, Sheriff`s deputies found mummified human remains in the Lubbock landfill which they say matched the description of Joanna Rogers.

Authorities began digging at the site in mid-August after receiving a $100,000 grant from the Texas Governor`s office.

Kuldeep Singh, age 22, was swimming in the Oroville Lake on Thursday, August 17th, 2006, at 2:30pm. He was holding on to a rope tied to a patio boat that was pulling him through the water. The rope broke and he drowned within minutes. Law enforcement has conducted extensive search efforts, but unfortunately, they’ve been unable to locate his body.

09/07/2006 - Two charged in double amputee's death!
Liberty County officials have arrested two suspects in the death of a double amputee. Kenneth Dollery, 22, and 21-year-old Hollis B. Buckley were arrested in Baytown early Thursday, according to the Liberty County Sheriff's Department.

Both have been charged with the capital murder of a war veteran confined to a wheelchair. Police said Barney Ross Goodman was abducted sometime Sept. 1, beaten and robbed of his disability check. He was then threw the double amputee over a bridge and into a creek. The Vietnam veteran managed to crawl out of the creek and up the embankment.

Investigators estimate it took him eight to 10 hours to reach the point where someone could spot him from the highway. It was an off-duty officer who saw Goodman and called for help. Goodman was rushed by Life Flight to Memorial Hermann Hospital, but didn't survive.

Before Goodman died, he was able to give police a description of the suspect and his vehicle. His family is devastated by the cruel manner in which he died.

"Nobody deserves to die like this," said brother Richard Ford. Ford said his brother served in Vietnam and later lost both of his legs to complications from diabetes.

He said Goodman was a good singer who once sang on stage with George Jones and other country stars. "He just lived every day of his life, you know, like it was his last day," said Ford. "We're gonna find out who did this"

Dollery and Buckley are being held in Baytown and are waiting to appear before a magistrate and be transferred to Liberty County Jail.

Laura Miller, 16 years old, was last seen using a payphone at a neighborhood convenient store located on the corner of W Main & Hobbs in League City, Texas, on September 10, 1984. Her remains were found 17 months later at an abandoned oil field located in 3000 block of Calder Rd in League City, TX. Laura was one of four victims found at this location between the years 1983 – 1991. Two of the victims remain unidentified and the case is still unsolved. The family is offering a $25,000.00 reward for information leading to an arrest and charges filed in this case.

Renee Fox, age 25, made a wrong turn outside of Independence, California on Saturday, June 24, 2006. Her vehicle got stuck on a dirt trail and was inoperable. Renee set out on foot in the Mazourka Canyon and has not been seen since.
